Welcome, champion, to Ace Defender: Dragon War. These Terms of Valor (“Terms”) guide your journey through our realms—digital and otherwise. By entering our world, you pledge to uphold these rules in your adventures.

1. Who May Enter

You must be at least 13 years of age to wield the powers within. By joining our ranks, you confirm you’re of age and accept these Terms as your code of conduct.

2. Summoning an Account

To unlock certain paths and powers, you may need to create an account. Provide true details, safeguard your credentials like a relic, and remember—you are accountable for all that happens under your banner.

3. Honor in Use

By oath, you agree not to misuse the realm. Forbidden acts include:

• Breaking real-world laws;
• Harassing or cursing fellow warriors;
• Cheating, glitch abuse, or conjuring unauthorized tools and bots;
• Spreading digital curses (malware) or breaching our fortress (systems).

4. Virtual Treasures

You may collect virtual gold, gear, and enchanted loot. These are bound to your journey, have no real-world value, and cannot be traded for actual treasure. We may rebalance or retire such items as needed.

5. Ownership of the Realm

All things you see—graphics, spells, text, code, and design—belong to Crimson Forge Studios or its allies. You may not copy, tamper with, or share them without our blessing.

6. Banishment

If you stray from the code, we may revoke your access—temporarily or forever—without warning. This power lies solely with us, should the balance of the realm be threatened.

7. No Guarantees

The realm is offered “as is” and “as adventurable.” We do not promise perfection, uptime, or that everything will always work as intended. The wild is unpredictable.

8. Limitations of Fate

To the greatest extent allowed by law, we aren’t responsible for lost progress, missed loot, or other indirect troubles arising from your travels in our domain.

9. Changing the Code

These Terms may evolve, like a warrior in battle. If major changes arise, we’ll post them on our site. Continued use means you accept the new code of conduct.

10. Law of the Land

All matters are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA—no matter where your kingdom lies.
